Warranty and Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR VARO 30-DAY GUARANTEE?
We have a love it or return it in 30 days guarantee, for purchases directly through our website. Although we’re sure you’ll love your Varo weight, if for some reason you’re not 100% happy, we’ll refund your order if your Varo weight is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (see below on how to qualify for a refund).

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY VARO?
Trying to make a return or exchange can often be a frustrating experience — which is why we’ve made it as easy as possible! We would love to know why you are returning your Varo bat weight and help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

Please email us at family@varobaseball.com or call us at 888.408.0978 within 30 days of receiving your order. If you qualify for a return or exchange, we will issue you a return authorization. After that, please return your Varo in recycled Varo packaging or something similar and include a copy of your original receipt.

The fine print... We will process your return and issue a refund within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds will not include the original shipping costs. Void where prohibited. Some restrictions apply. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

WHAT IS THE VARO WARRANTY, AND HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY EXCHANGE?

The Varo ARC and COR come with a 1-year limited warranty, that covers manufacturing defects resulting from normal field usage. The Varo RAP comes with a 30-day limited warranty, that covers manufacturing defects resulting from normal field usage. Restrictions and limitations apply, please see the warranty card that came in your product for more details - if you can’t find it, please email us for our full warranty policy.

Call the Varo Warranty Department at 888.408.0978 or email us at support@varobaseball.com to receive a return authorization number. Do not return the weight to your sporting goods dealer! Save your receipt as proof of purchase. It is required to return a defective weight. Weights returned without proof of purchase may not be warranted. If Varo agrees that the weight is defective, we will send out a repaired or replacement weight of equal or greater value.

The remedies provided in your warranty - repair or replacement - are the sole remedies available and purchaser waives all other remedies including but not limited to recovery of consequential damages, attorneys’ fees and legal expenses. In the event of legal proceedings or arbitration, purchaser agrees that any monetary recovery will be limited to the purchase price of the bat weight. Purchaser and Varo agree that all disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in Orange County, California and that California law shall be applicable.
